Come join us at the Fall Health & Wellness Fair at the Charlestown Senior/Community Center!
Local health care providers, nonprofits and businesses will showcase their services, products and offerings to assist local residents, with a special emphasis on seniors.
Stop by and get all the informational materials on healthy aging. There will also be snacks, door prizes and some fall themed goodies! This fair is free and open to the public.
